The word yoga means connection. Connect with your breath, body, mind and soul in a small class setting. We start each class by asking, “What does your body need today?” With 5 to 6 students per class, your practice is tailored to your needs.

Taught following hatha yoga traditions, each class includes pranayama (breathing techniques) as well as asanas (postures).

Girls’ night out yoga + wineMessage for private class

Unwind with your friends in your yoga pants on a Friday night. Ease out of your week and into the weekend with time with your besties as you connect with your breath and a variety of postures. Includes a complimentary glass of wine while you practice (because it’s Friday). Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Space is limited to 5 yogis. $25 per person, or grab all 5 spots for $100 (saves you and your friends, $25!). For obvious reasons you have to prove you’re over 19. If you’re 40, I’ll still ask you for ID so you feel 19.
