For this introductory workshop I teamed up with the fabulous Rachel Skinner. You’ll begin to explore ways to connect to your true self – your vibrant soul – to create a life brimming with health, vitality and happiness.

*We’ll connect to our bodies and breath through yoga and meditation.
*You’ll begin to explore what’s keeping you stuck by finding some limited beliefs
*What are you tolerating in your life that’s taking up too much of your energy? You may be surprised!
*With your new-found knowledge, you’ll create steps to begin to uncover your vibrant soul.

In this workshop series you’ll learn ways to open your heart, to listen to your intuition, to connect to your authentic self – your vibrant soul – to create a life brimming with health, vitality and happiness.

Each class, we’ll spend 90 minutes together. We’ll guide you through a meditation, yoga practice and workshop exercises to help you begin to unleash YOU! This is a safe place to explore, unfold and uncover your you-ness.

Together we’ll explore:
*Where you feel stuck and ways of getting unstuck
*Ways of connecting to your inuition and ways of using it to guide you
*What’s taking up your energy, releasing it to make space for new things in your life
*Your core values and how to use them to make decisions
*Nutrition and movement
*Your element (qigong) and chakras (energy healing)
